New Issue: JPMorgan prices $250,000 10.85% autocallable yield notes linked to three stocks

Chicago, Oct. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $250,000 of autocallable yield notes due Aug. 25, 2023 linked to the least performing of the class A common stock of Ralph Lauren Corp., the common stock of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. and the common stock of Walmart Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 10.85%, paid monthly.

The securities will be called automatically at par starting March 22, 2023 and on any subsequent monthly review date if each stock closes above its 95% strike level.

If the notes are not called and the worst performing stock ends above its 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing stock declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
