New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.5 million capped accelerated barrier notes on stock basket
Chicago, Dec. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.5 million of 0% capped accelerated barrier notes due Jan. 3, 2025 linked to an equally-weighted basket consisting of five reference stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The stocks are Amazon.com, Inc., the American Depositary Shares of Alibaba Group Holding, Ltd., Costco Wholesale Corp., MercadoLibre, Inc., and Walmart Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.35 times any basket gain, capped at par plus 50%.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level if the final basket value is less than the 75% barrier level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
