New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $855,000 8.25% autocallable coupon buffered notes on three stocks

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 12 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $855,000 of 8.25% autocallable coupon buffered securities due Oct. 4, 2021 linked to the stocks of Walmart Inc., Coca-Cola Co. and Visa Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes will be automatically called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on quarterly trigger observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock closes below the 80% buffer, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% loss of the least performing stock beyond 20%.
