JPMorgan plans CDs due 2021 tied to J.P. Morgan Meridian index

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due June 30, 2021 linked to the J.P. Morgan Meridian index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% to 145% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Incapital LLC is distributor.

The CDs will price Dec. 21.

The Cusip number is 48128FY48.
