Fitch revises Envision Energy view, pulls ratings

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook on Envision Energy International Ltd.'s long-term issuer default rating to stable from negative. The long-term IDR and senior unsecured rating are affirmed at 'BB+'. At the same time, Fitch said it withdrew the ratings for commercial reasons.

“The outlook revision reflects a sustained improvement in the company's leverage profile. Envision Energy's leverage improved in 2019 thanks to solid operational performance, the divestment of assets, working capital inflows and advance payments made by customers,” Fitch said in a press release.
