Miami International Medical Center unsecured creditors committee named

Pittsburgh, March 23 – Miami International Medical Center, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by Region 21 U.S. Trustee Daniel M. McDermott, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The committee members are Blase B. Iaconelli, representing Aramark Healthcare Support Services, LLC of Philadelphia; Brad Phister, representing Cardinal Health 110, LLC, Cardinal Health 200, LLC and Cardinal Health Pharmacy Services, LLC of Dublin, Ohio; Judd Goldberg, representing the University of Miami of Coral Gables, Fla.; Gregory G. Jackson of NuVasive, Inc. of San Diego; and Margaret Schunko of Arthrex, Inc. of Naples, Fla.

The Miami-based company does business as Miami Medical Center. The company filed bankruptcy on March 9 under Chapter 11 case number 18-12741.
