Zohar III Chapter 11 bankruptcy case assigned to mediation by court

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, April 5 – Zohar III Corp.’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case was assigned to mediation, according to an order filed Thursday by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Judge Kevin Gross was appointed as mediator.

As previously reported, Zohar’s secured creditors have asked the court to dismiss the case, and the U.S. Trustee overseeing the case requested appointment of a Chapter 11 trustee.

Zohar is a Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands-based collateralized debt obligation. The company filed bankruptcy on March 11 under Chapter 11 case number 18-10512.
