RELX Capital offers 10-year guaranteed notes via five bookrunners

Tupelo, Miss., March 11 – RELX Capital Inc. plans to price new dollar-denominated 10-year guaranteed notes (Baa1/BBB+/BBB+), according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Santander Investment Securities Inc., SG Americas Securities, LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The issue will have make-whole and par calls. The notes have a change-of-control put at 101%.

RELX plc is the guarantor.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

RELX Capital is a Wilmington, Del.-based subsidiary of London-based information and analytics company RELX Group plc.
