New York, March 15 – Peru LNG SRL priced $940 million of 12-year notes (expected ratings: Baa3/BBB-/BBB-) at par on Thursday to yield 5 3/8%, according to a market source.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Credicorp Capital and JPMorgan were the joint bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing project finance debt.
The natural gas liquefaction plant is located in Pampa Melchorita, Peru.
