Peru’s LNG SRL sets roadshow for planned $940 million of 2030 notes

New York, March 9 – Peru LNG SRL mandated banks and set fixed-income investor meetings for a proposed $940 million senior bond issue due 2030 (expected ratings: Baa3/BBB-/BBB-), according to market sources.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Credicorp Capital and JPMorgan are joint bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

Meetings will be held in Lima and New York

Proceeds will be used together with bank debt to refinance about $1.2 billion of existing debt.

Lima based LNG is a gas plant operator.
