Tricida names winning bidders for equipment and IP assets

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 16 – Tricida, Inc. named the winning bidders for its equipment assets and its intellectual property assets in notices filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Liquidity Services Operations LLC was named winning bidder for the equipment assets. Heritage Global Partners, Inc. was named next-highest bidder.
Renibus Therapeutics, Inc. was named winning bidder for the IP assets, and Patheon Austria GmbH & Co KG was named next-highest bidder.
Terms of the bids were not disclosed in the notices.
A sale hearing will take place on Feb. 21.
The San Francisco-based pharmaceutical company filed bankruptcy on Jan. 11 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10024.
