Moody's assigns A3 to Southern Housing

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 long-term issuer rating to Southern Housing, affirmed the A3 ratings of senior secured debt formerly issued by Southern Housing Group Ltd. – now in Southern Housing, assigned A3 ratings to senior secured debt formerly issued by Southern Housing Group – now in Southern Housing and affirmed the A3 senior secured debt ratings of Optivo Finance plc.

Concurrently, Moody's withdrew the A3 long-term issuer rating and negative outlook of Optivo and the A3 long-term issuer and negative outlook of Southern Housing Group their amalgamation into Southern Housing.

Optivo and Southern Housing Group completed their combination on Dec. 16. Southern Housing is now the parent of both entities and the two companies’ assets and liabilities are those of Southern Housing.

The outlooks are negative.
