New Issue: China's 21Vianet prices RMB 1 billion of 7 7/8% bonds due 2016

Madison, Wis., March 15 - 21Vianet Group, Inc. said it priced RMB 1 billion principal amount of 7 7/8% bonds due 2016.

Barclays Bank plc is the global coordinator and joint bookrunner for the Regulation S transaction. Other joint bookrunners include Citic Securities Corporate Finance (HK) Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd. and Wing Lung Bank Ltd.

Proceeds will be used for data center expansion and other general corporate purposes.

The bond offering is expected to close on March 22.

21Vianet is a Beijing-based internet data center services provider.
