S&P rates EnfraGen Spain, Prime Energia notes BB

S&P said it assigned its preliminary BB issue-level rating to EnfraGen Spain SA's and Prime Energia SpA's (jointly, the project) dollar-denominated senior secured notes due 2025.

The outlook is stable.

The project will consist of a portfolio of 12 power assets totaling 728 megawatt of installed capacity.
