Moody’s gives Vasakronan A3

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned an A3 long-term issuer rating to Vasakronan AB.

The outlook is stable.

The baseline credit assessment is baa1.

"Vasakronan's rating reflects its strong market position as one of the leading commercial real estate companies in Sweden and the Nordics with a focus on office buildings in prime locations in Sweden's fourth largest cities,” Maria Gillholm, Moody's vice president, senior credit officer and lead analyst for Vasakronan, said in a news release.

“The rating also reflects the likelihood of extraordinary government support.”
