Vasakronan to buy back SEK 114 million floaters from three series

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 16 – Vasakronan AB will repurchase a total of SEK 114 million from three series of floating-rate notes on Sept. 19, according to multiple notices.

The company will buy back SEK 50 million of its series 83 issue due Nov. 17, 2023 (ISIN: XS2343565268). As a result, SEK 450 million of the original SEK 500 million issue of the 2023 notes will remain outstanding.

The company will also repurchase SEK 20 million of its series 31 issue due Feb. 15, 2023 (ISIN: XS2049154664), leaving SEK 35 million of the original SEK 55 million outstanding.

SEK 44 million of its series 30 issue of SEK 750 million floating-rate notes due Nov. 29, 2022 (ISIN: XS2048590439) will be repurchased. SEK 706 million of the 2022 notes will remain outstanding.
