Hong Kong’s Jiayuan buys $10 million from two series due 2022

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 5 – Jiayuan International Group Ltd. repurchased a total of $10 million of notes from two series with 2022 maturity dates, according to an announcement on Friday.

The company bought $6 million of the 11 3/8% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1984146388) and $4 million of the 13¾% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS2024526043).

Including the previously reported buyback on Oct. 29, Jiayuan has now repurchased an aggregate total of $14 million of the 11 3/8% senior notes and $6 million of the 13¾% senior notes.

The repurchased notes will be canceled.

More notes may be repurchased, depending on market conditions.

The property developer is based in Hong Kong.
