Medco Platinum Road to redeem 6¾% senior notes due 2025

Lexington, Ky., April 30 – Indonesia’s Medco Platinum Road Pte. Ltd. published a notice of redemption on April 5 for its outstanding 6¾% senior notes due 2025 (Cusip: 58406HAA8, Y59505AA8), according to a company release.

The notes will be fully redeemed on May 6 at 100.844. Accrued interest will also be paid.

Medco Platinum Road has had the right to redeem the 2025 notes, in whole or in part, since Jan. 30, 2022 and during the 12-month period starting on Jan. 30.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and the Bank of New York Mellon, Singapore Branch is the collateral agent.
