Life Settlements Absolute Return I’s auction adjourned to April 25

Pittsburgh, April 24 – Life Settlements Absolute Return I LLC’s auction has been adjourned to April 25, according to a notice filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The notice said the auction was set to begin on April 17 and was subsequently adjourned to April 22 and April 23.

The auction is being conducted via telephone, according to the notice.

Life Settlements is a Greenville, S.C.-based insurance company. The company filed bankruptcy on Dec. 29, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-13030.
