Tuolumne Grove CLO to redeem eight classes of secured notes Jan. 25

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 12 – Tuolumne Grove CLO, Ltd./Tuolumne Grove CLO, Corp. received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem eight classes of notes in whole, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

The notes will be redeemed on Jan. 25 at par plus accrued interest for the following total redemption prices:

• $233,534,052.57 for the class A-1-R notes;

• $15,095,734.43 for the class A-2A-R notes;

• $3,021,600.22 for the class A-2B-R notes;

• $670,614.70 for the class A-X-R notes;

• $47,368,431.22 for the class B-R notes;

• $20,195,112.58 for the class C-R notes;

• $20,256,445.91 for the class D notes; and

• $23,359,568.35 for the class E notes.

The subordinated notes are not being called for redemption at this time.

Chicago-based Tall Tree Investment Management, LLC is the collateral manager.
