Fitch rates GTLK Europe notes BB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned GTLK Europe Capital DAC’s dollar-denominated guaranteed notes an expected BB+ rating.

The notes will represent direct, unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of GTLK Europe Capital and will benefit from guarantees from PJSC State Transport Leasing Co. and GTLK Europe DAC.

The proceeds will be used mainly for general corporate purposes, including refinancing outstanding dollar-denominated borrowings.
