Tymon Park CLO withdraws class E notes from Jan. 22 refinancing

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 10 – Tymon Park CLO DAC withdrew its class E notes from a planned refinancing, according to a notice.

The following notes will still be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 22:

• €238 million class A-1A senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €5 million class A-1B senior secured fixed-rate notes;

• €27 million class A-2A senior secured floating-rate notes;

• €15 million class A-2B senior secured fixed-rate notes;

• €24 million class B senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• €22 million class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes; and

• €26.5 million class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes.

The notes will be redeemed using refinancing proceeds.
