Shackleton 2013-III CLO directed to refinance secured notes on Jan. 16

Minneapolis, Dec. 18 – Shackleton 2013-III CLO, Ltd. was directed by the holders or beneficial owners of subordinated notes to refinance all classes of its secured notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Jan. 16.

The subordinated notes will remain outstanding.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Alcentra NY, LLC is the collateral manager.
