New Issue: South Korea’s Woori Card sells $100 million five-year floaters

Los Angeles, Oct. 16 – Woori Card Co., Ltd. issued $100 million of floating-rate notes due 2025 on Friday, according to a notice.
BNP Paribas SA, Taipei Branch, Cathay United Bank Co., Ltd., Capital Securities Corp., Taishin International Bank Co., Ltd. and SinoPac Securities Corp. are the bookrunners.
The issuer is a subsidiary of Seoul, South Korea-based Woori Bank.
