Midocean Credit CLO I directed to redeem all classes of rated notes

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 30 – Midocean Credit CLO I/Midocean Credit CLO I LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem all classes of its rated notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on or after Feb. 13 using proceeds from an issue of replacement notes.

Holders of the class A-1R, A-2R, B-R, C-R and D-R notes as well as the subordinated notes were notified.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
