MidOcean Credit CLO II holders consider refinancing of secured notes

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 28 – MidOcean Credit CLO II/MidOcean Credit CLO II LLC said some holders or beneficial owners of its income notes have entered into discussions relating to a potential refinancing of some classes of secured notes.

Holders of the class A-R notes (Cusips: 59863KAJ6, G6117PAE4), class B notes (Cusips: 59863KAC1, G6117PAB0), class C notes (Cusips: 59863KAE7, G6117PAC8), class D-R notes (Cusips: 59863KAQ0, G6117PAH7), class E-R notes (Cusips: 59802TAE2, G61076AC2) and class F notes (Cusips: 59802TAG7, G61076AD0) and the income notes (Cusips: 59802TAC6, G61076AB4) were notified.
