Moody’s stabilizes Ruta al Mar view

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the Baa3 rating of series A COP 522 billion senior secured UVR-indexed notes due 2044 issued by Fideicomiso PA Concesion Ruta al Mar with Concesion Ruta al Mar SAS as co-obligor and changed the outlook to stable from negative.

“The Baa3 rating affirmation and the outlook change to stable from negative reflect an important recovery in RaM's construction schedule and traffic performance during 2021, along with an adequate liquidity availability for unexpected cost overruns,” Moody’s said in a press release.
