Moody’s changes Cineworld view to negative

Moody’s Investors Service said it revised the outlook for Crown UK Holdco Ltd. (Cineworld) and its subsidiaries to negative from under review.

The negative outlook reflects the uncertainty around attendance levels for theaters after service resumption in July and the risk of any subsequent lockdown measures, the agency said.

The agency confirmed the B3 ratings on the company and its facilities.
