Mexico’s IEnova sets roadshow for up to $840 million of notes

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Nov. 29 – Infraestructura Energetica Nova SAB de CV, or IEnova, has scheduled a roadshow for an offering of up to $840 million of notes (Baa1) starting on Monday, according to a market source.

The meetings will be held in Boston on Monday and on Tuesday and Wednesday in New York, with a second team in Los Angeles on Friday, in London on Monday and Tuesday and in New York on Wednesday.

Moody’s Investors Service said that the outlook remains negative because of the company’s recent investments and acquisitions, which will partially be funded with debt, increasing IEnova's total expected leverage.

IEnova is Mexico’s largest gas pipeline company that is majority-owned by California-based utility holding company Sempra Energy.
