Moody’s downgrades IEnova

Moody’s Investors Service said it downgraded Infraestructura Energetica Nova SAB de CV’s senior unsecured rating to Baa2 from Baa1 of the $840 million notes.

The downgrade follows the recent rating actions on the ratings and outlooks on Mexico’s government, Comision Federal de Electricidad and Petroleos Mexicanos.

The outlook remains negative.
