Chicago, Aug. 7 – Barclays Bank plc priced $610,000 of 0% digital notes due July 29, 2020 linked to the American Depositary Shares of Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras), according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the stock closes at or above its initial share price, the payout at maturity will be the digital return of par plus 27%. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the stock.
