Together Financial talks £385 million six-year notes at 5% area yield; pricing Thursday

Portland, Ore., Jan. 29 – Together Financial Services Ltd. talked its £385 million offering of six-year senior secured notes (//BB) to yield in the 5% area, according to a market source.

Books close at 5:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, and the deal is set to price thereafter.

Barclays is the lead.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

The financial services company, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Kingdom-based Jerrold FinCo plc, plans to use the proceeds, together with cash on its balance sheet, to redeem its 6¼% senior secured notes due 2021.
