Together Financial to price £385 million secured notes due 2026

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Jan. 29 – Together Financial Services Ltd. plans to sell £385 million senior secured notes due 2026 through its wholly owned subsidiary Jerrold FinCo plc as issuer, according to a notice on Wednesday.

The proceeds of the offering will be used, together with cash on hand, to redeem the issuer’s existing 6¼% senior secured notes due 2021 and to pay associated redemption costs, fees and expenses.

The notes are guaranteed by the company and all of its subsidiaries other than the issuer, and application will be made to admit the notes to the Official List of Euronext Dublin.

The company provides financial services to customers in the United Kingdom.
