Fitch rates Chouzhou notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Chouzhou International Investment Ltd.’s planned dollar-denominated senior notes BBB. Chouzhou is a wholly owned unit of Yiwu State-Owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd., which will guarantee the notes and which the agency rates BBB.

The proceeds will be used to refinance offshore debt under the company’s sustainable finance framework.

The outlook is stable.
