Le Centre on Fourth disclosure statement hearing continued to Oct. 10

Pittsburgh, Sept. 21 – Le Centre on Fourth LLC’s disclosure statement hearing has been continued to Oct. 10, according to an order filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
The hearing was previously scheduled for Sept. 19.
The order gives the company until Oct. 1 to file an amended disclosure statement. Objections to that document are due by noon ET on Oct. 8.
Plantation, Fla.-based Le Centre on Fourth is the holding company for the Embassy Suites hotel in Louisville, Ky. The company filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 10, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-23632.
