By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Sept. 5 – Le Centre on Fourth LLC asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida to adjourn the hearing on approval of the disclosure statement for its Chapter 11 plan to Sept. 19.

The company said in the motion that it received comments on the disclosure statement from U.S. Bank, NA, the Stonehenge lenders, Al J. Schneider Co. and Bachelor Land Holdings, LLC.

Discussions with those parties regarding amendments to the disclosure statement that will address those comments are ongoing, the motion said.

The disclosure statement hearing was previously scheduled for Sept. 5.

Plantation, Fla.-based Le Centre on Fourth is the holding company for the Embassy Suites hotel in Louisville, Ky. The company filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 10, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-23632.
