Akademibokhandeln calls SEK 475 million of bonds at 103 on March 19

Chicago, Feb. 22 – Akademibokhandeln Holding AB (publ) notified holders it is exercising its call option on its SEK 475 million of outstanding senior secured bonds.

The notes will be redeemed on March 19 at a price of 103 plus accrued interest.

The record date is March 12.

Due to an amortization on March 12, the outstanding nominal amount will be SEK 950,000, according to the notice.

The notes were issued March 10, 2017.

Akademibokhandeln, formerly Nordic Bookstore Group, is a Stockholm, Sweden-based bookstore chain with about 125 stores.
