International Development Association talks dollar notes due 2030 at mid-swaps plus 20 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., Nov. 23 – International Development Association (Aaa/AAA) intends to price a dollar-denominated Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of senior notes due Dec. 3, 2030 on Tuesday, according to a market source.
Initial price guidance is at the mid-swaps plus 20 basis points area.
BofA Securities, Inc., Barclays, HSBC Bank plc and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the bookrunners.
International Development Association is a Washington, D.C.-based association that provides loans and advice to middle-income and credit-worthy poor countries.
