Buffalo, N.Y., June 4 – Yango Justice International Ltd., a subsidiary of Yango Group Co., Ltd., priced $290 million of 7 7/8% guaranteed senior notes due 2024 (//B+), according to a notice.
The notes are guaranteed by Yango Group Co., Ltd.
Standard Chartered Bank is the sole green structuring adviser.
The joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners are Standard Chartered Bank, Haitong International, Guotai Junan International, UBS, Bocom International, China Citic Bank International, CLSA, Barclays, CMB International, Huatai International and Orient Securities (Hong Kong).
Listing of the Regulation S notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. is expected to take effect June 7.
Yango is a real estate development company based in Shanghai.
