New Issue: China’s Yango Justice issues $200 million 5.3% one-year senior notes

Los Angeles, Jan. 12 – Yango Justice International Ltd. issued $200 million of 5.3% one-year guaranteed senior notes, according to a notice. The notes are guaranteed by parent company Yango Group Co., Ltd.
Standard Chartered Bank, China Citic Bank International Ltd., Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp., Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Bocom International Securities Ltd., Orient Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. and Admiralty Harbour Capital Ltd. are the bookrunners.
Yango is a real estate development company based in Shanghai.
