Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget plans SEK 500 million of floating green bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 6 – Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB intends to price SEK 500 million of floating-rate green bonds, according to a press release.

The Stockholm-based company owns, manages and develops community service properties throughout the Nordic region and rental apartments in growth regions in Sweden.
