Fitch shifts Roadster view to stable

Fitch Ratings said it revised Roadster Finance DAC's outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the senior secured debt at BBB-.

“The rating action reflects the company's resilient performance during 2020 and 1H21, outperforming Fitch's expectation. Management has implemented effective cost control to partially offset the revenue decline driven by the pandemic, maintaining a strong liquidity position. Under Fitch rating case (FRC), Roadster Finance DAC's projected leverage will remain consistently below our downgrade trigger sensitivity,” the agency said in a press release.
