Fitch assigns China Jianyin bond A+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned China Jianyin Investment Ltd.'s proposed senior unsecured dollar-denominated notes a rating of A+. The notes will be issued by JIC's wholly owned subsidiary, JIC Zhixin Ltd., and guaranteed by JIC.

“The proposed bonds are rated at the same level as JIC's issuer default rating because the direct guarantee structure transfers the ultimate responsibility of payment to JIC,” Fitch said in a press release.

Proceeds will be used for refinancing debt and general corporate purposes.
