Entercom/CBS Radio launches $830 million term loan B-1 to investors

New York, Nov. 6 – Entercom/CBS Radio was scheduled to hold a conference call at 2 p.m. ET on Monday to launch an $830 million seven-year incremental term loan B-1, according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs Bank USA is the lead on the deal.

Price talk on the loan is Libor plus 275 basis points with a 0% Libor floor and an original issue discount of 99.75, the source said.

Included in the term loan is 101 soft call protection for six months.

Proceeds will be used to roll the legacy term loan B into the incremental term loan B-1, the source added.
