Singapore’s Avation repurchases $1.32 million of 6˝% notes due 2021

Detroit, Nov. 13 – Avation plc repurchased $1,315,000 of 6˝% notes due 2021 issued by Avation Capital SA under Avation’s global medium-term note program on Oct. 12, according to a notice.

The notes were acquired through the market at a price equal to 65% of face value and will be canceled.

Following the repurchase, $342,642,000 in the notes remains outstanding.

Avation is a Singapore-based aircraft lessor.
