S&P rates Cboe notes A-

S&P said it rated Cboe Global Markets Inc.’s upcoming offering of $300 million of senior unsecured bonds A-.

The rating is the same as the Cboe’s issuer rating, its $500 million of 1.625% notes due 2030 and $650 million of 3.65% notes due 2027.

The company is expected to use the proceeds to fund its previously announced acquisition of ErisX.

The outlook is stable.
