Capital Impact plans $150 million of Capital Impact Investment Notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 23 – Capital Impact Partners plans to sell up to $150 million of Capital Impact Investment Notes, according to a press release.
The notes are being sold in $1,000 increments at fixed interest rates and have maturities ranging from one to 10 years.
Incapital LLC was the underwriter.
Proceeds will be used to support projects focused in the health care, education, affordable housing, and community development sectors in underserved communities nationwide.
Capital Impact is an Arlington, Va.-based non-profit that provides credit and financial services to underserved markets and populations in the United States.
