Capital Impact plans $125 million fixed-rate one- to 10-year notes

Chicago, July 12 – Capital Impact Partners said it plans to price up to $125 million of fixed-income Capital Impact Investment Notes (AA-) with maturities that range from one to 10 years.
The notes will be issued through Incapital LLC as underwriter and distributor, according to an announcement.
Proceeds will be used to support projects focused in the health care, education, affordable housing, and community development sectors in underserved communities nationwide.
The minimum investment is $1,000, the release noted.
Capital Impact is an Arlington, Va.-based non-profit that provides credit and financial services to underserved markets and populations in the United States.
