S&P raises Capital Impact Partners

S&P said it raised to A+ from A its issuer credit rating on Capital Impact Partners and its long-term rating on its investment notes outstanding.

"The rating action reflects our opinion of CIP's strengthening capital adequacy and financial ratios in recent years, partly as a result of an increase in net equity from CIP's combining its operations with CDC Small Business Finance," said Ki Beom Park, an S&P credit risk analyst, in a press release.

The outlook is stable.
