S&P shifts Capital Impact view to positive

S&P said it revised the outlook to positive from stable on Capital Impact Partners and affirmed the A ratings on the issuer and its notes.

"The outlook revision reflects the increase in CIP's net equity in recent years, due partly to an influx of grants and contributions and an increase of net equity as a result of a merger of CIP and CDC Small Business Finance," said Ki-Beom Park, an S&P Global Ratings credit analyst, in a press release.
